ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) on delivery within Australia for metro regions is approx. 3 to 5 working days for standard rate of postage. Parcels will be dispatched by Australia Post or StarTrack during normal business hours. If there is no one at the location of delivery, we will either adhere to the delivery message that the customer specified on the purchase order, or a notification will be left so that the parcel can be collected from the nearest depot. Under no circumstances, Cheryn Online ever warrant that it will meet a specific delivery date or time. Free delivery applies to orders over $198.


Cheryn Online will replace any items that arrive at the customer’s destination in faulty or damaged condition, providing a claim is made within 24 hours once parcel has been signed for - confirmation of claim can be done via phone call or email. Under no circumstances will refunds be given for notification after this period.


Delivery and handling charges on returns due to customer’s incorrect choice are not refunded, and are to be returned to the store at the customer's cost and risk.

In case Cheryn is unable to replace or exchange the goods returned, a CSR member will contact you to arrange a refund. We can process the refund by reimbursing credit card, PayPal account, or transfer money into your bank account.
